Surround yourself with people who make you feel great. You don’t want to be with people who brings you down. If you happen to surround yourself with negative people, cure them with positivity. Or you could say something positive about them.

FIND WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY

What makes us happy is related to who we really are. It is also something that we passionate about. Doing things you love can bring positivity in yourself. But remember, drugs and alcohol is never an alternative. Find positive ways to feel awesome such as yoga, volunteer work and exercise.
